                WAYS TO REDUCE FATS IN OUR BODY

 

Make these changes to your diet to lose weight and get a flat tummy fast!

1 .Drink 4 to 5 liters of water per day.This will increase your BMR and burn fat faster . Its also helps you lose that extra water in your body by altering your physiology.

2.Take Omega 3 fatty acid supplements: They burn fat and supply essential fatty acids.Fish oil is the best source of fatty acids.For vegetarians its Flax Seed Oil.

3.Never skip breakfast: This the best way to kickstart your metabolism and prepare your body to burn more calories throughout the day. Eat within one hour of waking up. If you don't have time for breakfast, just grab a piece of fruit and a few nuts.

4.Cut the C.R.A.P: Avoid the four main food groups that cause fat to cling to our bodies: caffeine, refined sugar, alcohol and processed foods.

5. Have a cheat meal Once a week : even if its rich in fat no issues.Enjoy it till the core.This will cut down your cravings too.

6.Finish your major meal before 8pm: by doing this you will give your body enough time to digest and this in turn burns more calories and increases your BMR.Don't Sleep immediately after the meal.If you have more carbohydrates just before sleep ,there are mores chances of it getting stored as fat.
