Best Time To Have Fruits -

Just because fruits are healthy for you, does not mean you eat them whenever you want. The best times to have fruits are listed below.
• Have a fruit just an hour before meals

As they are good source of Fibre they fill your stomach,this helps in controlling your cravings to have more and hence helps you lose weight ! Also the fructose in fruits controls insulin secretion and avoids insulin spikes .This in turn reduces your craving induced by Insulin spikes !

• Never Consume Fruits Immediately After Meals
